Jackson County Democratic Party Newsletter - July 25, 2010

The Jackson County Democrats Weekly Update is distributed each Sunday. It contains information about JCDP-specific events and action items, as well as 'affinity group' information. JCDP-specific information includes a link to the JCDP www.jcdemocrats.org website with full details. Affinity group information contains a link to that group's website.

If you would like an item included in the weekly email, please submit your information to chair@jcdemocrats.org by Thursday, 4 p.m. There is a screening process, so submitting information does not guarantee distribution.

Occasionally, we will distribute JCDP-specific time-sensitive information between weekly emails, as needed.

Lynn Howe Canvasses and Phone Banks in August

The summer is coming to a close, and the Lynn Howe campaign will be having volunteer canvasses every Saturday in August (7th, 14th, 21st, 28th) to end it with a bang. If it's a Saturday in August, volunteers for Lynn will be out talking to voters in Medford. We'll be meeting up at the Jackson County Democratic Headquarters, 30 S. Central Ave., at 10 a.m. for instructions and going until 1 p.m. If you've never canvassed before, or haven't had the chance to meet Lynn in a while, come join us one of these Saturdays! It's a great way to get warmed up before the fall.

The Howe Campaign also will be hosting phone banks the third week of August, from Sunday, August 15, to Thursday, August 19. On each of these nights we will be phone banking at the office from 6 to 8 p.m. On Sunday we will also be phone banking from 4 to 6 p.m.
