PLATFORM & RESOLUTIONS COMMITTEE: The Committee is responsible for receiving and processing resolutions prior to presenting them to the Executive and Central Committees. The Committee also organizes the JCDCC Platform Convention and its rules, procedures, adoption and submission to Democratic Party of Oregon and 2nd Congressional Convention.
