CAMPAIGN COMMITTEE: The Committee is responsible for overall campaign strategy for the Central Committee 
with the goal of successful participation in county elections at all levels. The Committee provides campaign services,
manages voter files  files (VAN) and lists, and recruits potential candidates.  The Committee makes recommendations 
to the Executive Committee regarding allocations of resources and funds for Democratic candidates.
