Electing PCPs in odd years

In odd years, an introduction of the PCP candidates will be made to the Central Committee Meeting attendees where a motion to elect them as PCP's will be made. Only elected PCP's can vote. A vote will then be made and counted.

It then becomes the Secretary's job to include them in the minutes and send a notification to the County Clerk that they were properly elected.  Notice is also sent to the DPO.

At the next county election in spring (even years), PCP’s should run on the ballot because the state wipes clean the PCP slate, and only those publicly elected go forward.

For Central Committee meetings held after the county elections, new people can again be elected by the central committee.
