Please take a careful look at the type of content we post in both publications to have a good idea of whether your submission is appropriate, and please read our platform. All content is subject to approval by our Communications Chair, Chair, and Vice Chair. We reserve the right to refuse any content. If content comes in too late to publish in the newsletter, it still may be posted to the web site. Usually, if content for the newsletter is submitted by Tuesday of the week, it will make the publishing cut off for the next Monday's weekly newsletter edition. Sometimes we don't have room or time to publish all content, and we apologise in advance if we omit your article or an oversight happens.
Please submit content in a word doc. If you have a pdf or pictures please send in addition to the word doc. Please make sure anything you send us is not copyrighted. If we are in doubt about a copyright, we will not use it. It is alright to send us an URL address to an article posted on the internet - just write a summary about the article and we will link to the online article with the URL you send us. We also have to make sure that any content is factually accurate. If we cannot determine that, we can not publish it. We reserve the right to summarize content for the newsletter with a link from it to the full article.
