Who the JCDP is:
- The Jackson County Democratic Party is hundreds of committed registered Democrats who stand for representative democracy that balances individual rights with the common good.
What the JCDP does:
- Actively seek candidates for political office to represent us at all governmental levels.
- Maintains a permanent office in Medford for
- committee meetings,
- computers
- a resource library with a place to discuss issues
- rooms for candidate’s offices during campaigns
- Provides delegates to the Democratic Party of Oregon and the Second Congressional District who represent the needs of citizens of Jackson County.
- Publishes a weekly JCDP Newsletter of events, features and issues
- Maintains the JCDP Web Site which provides timely information and events, detailed documents such as the JCDP Platform, and links to Candidates and Democratic Blogs, videos, and much more.
